  • Tier values are target profiles for standardized configurations.
  • Live deployments may use court/category configurations while preserving the same economic principles.
  • Higher tiers increase the cost of attacks, the diversity of judgment, and the overall robustness of the outcome.
  • Selecting a tier allows the parties to choose a security level proportional to the value or complexity of the dispute.
